Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the viv555 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for as long as you hold an Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. viv555 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and must access the Platform from within Indonesia. Use of the Platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be under any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, and you must not be registered on any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion list. • Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of viv555 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on viv555, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account maintenance:

1. Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if any details change.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. viv555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify viv555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): viv555 operates a mandatory KYC process. Prior to processing withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of current Indonesian residential address, and documentation confirming ownership of your nominated payment method. viv555 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
5. Third-Party Accounts: Accounts may not be operated on behalf of any third party. You may not allow any other individual to use your Account credentials. All bets and gaming activity conducted through your Account are deemed to be your own.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the viv555 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. viv555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. viv555 does not accept deposits via credit cards issued by third parties or any payment method not listed in the current cashier section of the Platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Thresholds. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section at the time of the transaction. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time at viv555's discretion. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your Account and may not be recoverable.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed bank receipt. Delays beyond 30 minutes should be reported to customer support with proof of transfer.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted and approved during standard processing hours are typically settled to the nominated Indonesian bank account or e-wallet within five minutes on average. Processing times during peak periods or during Indonesian public holidays, including Idul Fitri and Nyepi, may be subject to minor delays. viv555 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all verified withdrawal requests.

4.5 Transaction Fees. viv555 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which viv555 accepts no responsibility.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. viv555 operates in compliance with applicable international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. All deposits are monitored for suspicious activity. viv555 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with unlawful activity, and to report such transactions to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

viv555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified members who satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in the promotion terms. New member welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. Existing members claiming reload bonuses must have made at least one qualifying deposit in the period specified.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, and validity window for each promotion are stated on the promotion page. Failure to complete wagering within the validity window will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino bets typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. The contribution table for each promotion is displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Abuse: viv555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce variance, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting promotion terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, viv555 reserves the right to void associated bets, confiscate Bonus Funds and derived winnings, and close the Account.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Wins: Unless stated otherwise, winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified on the individual promotion page.
• Seasonal and VIP Promotions: viv555 offers seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri (Lebaran), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), as well as year-round VIP tier bonuses. These promotions are subject to separate specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the viv555 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by viv555. viv555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects match-fixing, error in odds, or technical malfunction.

6.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. viv555 offers pre-match and in-play markets across BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, badminton, MotoGP, and esports titles including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile, among others.

6.3 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws and results on the Platform are sourced from official pool operators. viv555 accepts no responsibility for errors, delays, or discrepancies in official draw results published by third-party pool operators. All togel bets are final once accepted.

6.4 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are void, the remaining legs will stand and the odds will be recalculated accordingly. Minimum and maximum selection limits for mix parlay bets are displayed at the bet slip.

6.5 Software Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or interrupted connection during a game round or live bet, viv555 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return staked funds to the Member's Account. No claims may be made against viv555 for winnings arising from a game or bet that was materially affected by a technical fault.

6.6 Prohibited Conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploitation of pricing or software errors; collusion or chip-dumping in poker or live table games; match-fixing or insider betting; and any form of fraudulent payment activity.

Responsible Gaming

viv555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or psychological distress.

• 21+ Policy: All members must be 21 years of age or older. This policy is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion, directly from their Account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, no new deposits may be made and the Account will be suspended.
• Deposit and Loss Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits via their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Members may configure automatic session time reminders that display elapsed session time at intervals of their choosing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the viv555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of viv555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of viv555. Unauthorised use of viv555 trademarks, branding, or game content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viv555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, software error, or interrupted internet connection;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or results displayed on the Platform that are subsequently found to contain errors;
• Losses attributable to delays in payment processing by third-party banking institutions or e-wallet providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja;
• Any loss or damage to your device arising from accessing or downloading content from the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, viv555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

viv555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or bonus abuse;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against viv555 by your bank or payment provider;
• Receiving a court order or other legal direction requiring the restriction of your Account;
• Your request to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon Account termination for cause, viv555 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, verified real-money funds (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Privacy & Data

viv555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and transactional history on the Platform.

viv555 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Access to member personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. viv555 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which viv555 holds its operating licence. viv555 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and applies its platform policies in a manner consistent with applicable international gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as an admission that online betting activities conducted through the Platform are lawful in any specific territory, including Indonesia. It remains your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

Amendments

viv555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, viv555 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
